It’s In The Chat

Messenger is where online communities come to life. With this campaign, we aimed to introduce Facebook group admins to the powerful Community Chats and Admin Assist features they were overlooking.

The concept, “It’s in the chat,” played on the centrality of chat interactions within these communities. We crafted a collection of 30 unique static and motion assets, featuring sticker-style graphics specific to the subcultures of each group. By demonstrating how Admin Assist could be used to turn a group into a thriving community, the campaign successfully drove a significant increase in tool usage.
